I am an Organic farmer and a Sustainable Energy Engineer. I switched to organic farming over 10 years ago and I achieved full certified organic status in 2010. I am currently growing organic hemp and cold pressing it for CBD oil, I am also supplying organic barley to Waterford distillery for organic whiskey and organic oats to Flahavans for organic porridge.
