Slow Weed was born in 2017 from the idea of growing CBD hemp flowers in a sustainable way, in respect of the environment, not wasting resources, and helping the people who work it. Our project has its roots in the academic path we have taken, the University of Gastronomic Sciences, thanks to which we have internalized systemic, ecological, and sustainable thinking. We applied this philosophy to everyday life and our company, Slow Weed. This season we are cultivating 4,000 plants: 3,000 outdoors and 1,000 in greenhouses.
